We must be able to guarantee that our elections allow one citizen to cast one vote. We must be able to audit an election, if it's called into question. We cannot trust any machine where we cannot see its programming code. This means hand-marked paper ballots, cleaned up voter rolls, and valid IDs. We must have accountability when conducting and auditing elections to help rebuild public trust, and give that office the legislative tools to do so.

Texans cannot be secure in their person or home when we allow unvetted foreigners into our cities and neighborhoods. There is no excuse for illegal aliens to be allowed in Texas. The Texas Constitution and the U.S. Constitution agree that Texas can defend its people from those try to come here illegally, and no matter who runs our federal government, Texas must be secure.

Regarding guns, we have a God-given, not government-given, right to self-defense. No one can take that away and no bureaucrat has the right to take that right from us, no matter how we choose to best defend ourselves. I will always champion the right of Texans to keep and bear arms.

There is never a reason to give porn to children, but Texas law allows it. We get the culture we allow and our legislature failed to pro-actively protect Texas kids and families. We must ensure that schools, libraries, and other institutions can never again allow harm to come to our children.

The Bill of Rights has not one but two amendments, the 9th and 10th, to remind the federal government not to overstep into the affairs of Texas. We have allowed this for too long. As your representative, I will stand up for you and push to let Texans manage Texas.

Texas land is for Texans first, and sometimes other Americans. It is not for foreign governments or hostile actors to purchase. That stops right now. It should never have been allowed.

The water above and below our property is ours, and ours to manage and maintain. It is the right of Texas landowners to protect their property from flooding and to protect the water they have. No California business has any right to pipe our water away for their transplanted operation.

There is no such thing as "state money" or "public funds." It's always taxpayer money to be stewarded frugally. Enriching lobbying groups that argue against your interests is fraud and abuse of your money, pure and simple.

Texas voters elect conservative leadership for a reason. I will fight to ensure that Republican priorities drive the legislative agenda, not Democrat-controlled committees that undermine our values. It is important to understand the difference between bi-
partisanship and ceding leadership to a party platform which voters rejected to guide the

The idea that a government can confiscate your home over taxes is immoral. We need to eliminate property taxes and we can start by drastically cutting spending at every level. I wholeheartedly support DOGE in Texas.

I support strong constitutional Law Enforcement and thank God for our First Responders who daily serve our communities while risking their lives in service to us.

Texas’ lifeblood is our oil and gas industry. We must support efforts to improve and increase the industry growth. Pushing back on federal regulations that have throttled the market supply and job growth is imperative.

Life begins at conception and must be protected until a natural death.
